Para Aramid Sewing Thread
Para-aramid spun sewing thread is made through a short fiber spinning process and possesses excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy. It can be used for a long time at a temperature of 200ºC and has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 400ºC. This product exhibits outstanding tensile strength, with the breaking strength being more than five times that of high-quality steel. It also has excellent wear resistance and cut resistance. In terms of chemical stability, it performs exceptionally well and can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. The thread body has good flexibility and strong sewing adaptability, making it suitable for various industrial sewing requirements.
