Aramid Filament/Yarn Woven Fabric
Aramid filament woven fabric is a high-performance specialty fabric. Its core advantages lie in its excellent protective properties, outstanding lightweight characteristics, and excellent heat resistance. This product itself has extremely high strength, a soft texture, and can maintain its structural integrity under high-temperature environments. Therefore, it is widely used in safety protection, high-strength material composites, industrial insulation, and high-end sports equipment, providing a solid and reliable foundation for related products.

Features
Extremely High Strength:High Specific Strength: Its strength is 5-6 times that of high-quality steel, but its weight is only about one-fifth that of steel. This means that products can be made very lightweight while providing the same protection or strength.

High Modulus: Strong resistance to deformation, good dimensional stability, and not easily stretched under stress.

Excellent Heat Resistance and Flame Retardancy:Long-term Heat Resistance: For example, meta-aramid (Nomex) can be used for a long time at 200°C while maintaining its original strength.

Extreme High Temperature Resistance: For example, para-aramid (Kevlar, Twaron) does not melt or burn at high temperatures, only begins to carbonize and decompose above 560°C, and self-extinguishes after being removed from an open flame.

High Strength Retention at High Temperatures: It retains most of its mechanical strength in high-temperature environments.

Excellent impact resistance and Energy absorption capacity:When subjected to fragments or impact, the fabric absorbs and disperses energy through fiber stretching, breaking, and delamination, making it an ideal impact-resistant material.

Good chemical resistance and stability:It has excellent resistance to most organic solvents and salts, but its performance will decrease with long-term use in strong acids and alkalis.

Durability and low creep

Abrasion and fatigue resistance; its deformation (creep) under long-term load is far lower than that of ordinary fibers such as nylon and polyester.

Friction Sealing Materials: Used as reinforcement materials for automotive clutch plates, brake pads, and gaskets, offering high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and no asbestos contamination.
